The event combines learning about health and social care with well-being activities.  Attendees will have an opportunity to speak with professioans/service providers and learn through taking part in activities that will promote a general sense of well-being.  Activities include – ‘Food in a flash’, legal advice, relax and de-stress, keeping active, looking after me advice……
