Meeting Room Hire
Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil has a conference room available for hire within VAMT. Members and other organizations can hire the room for a fee.
Conference Room (John Meredith Room)
This room can comfortably sit 80 people in theatre style, 48 people cabaret style, 36 people in boardroom style and 28 people in a U-shaped style. The room hire includes tea, coffee and soft drinks. If you require a buffet VAMT can order one on your behalf to be delivered at a time convenient for your meeting.
There are PowerPoint facilities, an OHP, a screen, flip chart stands and a TV and video available when hiring the room.
