Treharris Health Facility are looking to establish potential levels of interest from voluntary organisations in being located within the facility.

"The scheme is progressing very well and we anticipate that it will be finished and ready for occupation by April 2010. 

You will see from the Ground Floor plan that adjacent to the front entrance is a room that was designed for occupation by Treharris Communities First.  We understand that this is not now likely to proceed but nevertheless we all feel that this accommodation would be ideally suited for voluntary sector use.  Further flexibility is afforded to the accommodation in that there is a further room directly adjacent which could be incorporated to provide a larger unit. 

I know that money is tight but I would be grateful to learn the level of interest within the voluntary sector for this accommodation.  As intimated on the phone, we can and will be flexible on lease terms".
