Deaf Association Boxing Course

Deaf Association Wales is promoting an Deaf Boxing course for learners aged 18-30 plus .
Kickboxing is fun and exciting, raises confidence, is great exercise and teaches self-defence.
The instructor, Mike, is a fully qualified kick boxer and first aider and has 15 years′ experience. The sessions will have an interpreter who has interpreted for the coach and players in the Wales Deaf Rugby team.
The class is one hour per week and will be held on either Saturday mornings, Monday evenings or Wednesday evenings. There will be group meetings at the start to discuss clothes, rules and working with the instructor.
