Get on your bike with Sustrans

Fancy a weekly exercise event in the outdoors?

You could try Bike it Walk it with Sustrans and cycle at Bryn Bach Park every Wednesday at 12.30 - 3pm.

Bikes cost £1 with 2 wheel bikes, tandems, wheelchair tandem and handbikes are all available.

The pace is easy going and all abilities and ages are available.
