Heads of the Valleys Contact Group

Following the Voluntary Sector Consultation event held on the Heads of the Valley Strategy document Heads We Win, a number of members expressed an interest in setting up a group to respond directly to any actions within the programme and to ensure that the voice of the Third Sector and the Communities are heard.

Mandy Moore - Heads of the Valleys Voluntary Sector Interface Manager is the sector’s link to the programme. Mandy is key to the group and has agreed to regularly feed back on HOV progress and support the sector to become more involved in the programme.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the group is open to all third sector organisations who have a key role to play in the development of Merthyr Tydfil’s role in the Heads Of the Valleys area.

Third sector organisations participating in the Forum are encouraged to become members of VAMT, and can register by downloading and completing an application form here...

Statutory partners are also welcome to engage with the Forum for the benefit of information sharing, consultation and networking.
