The Health & Social Care Forum is a network of third sector organisations with a common interest in health, social care and well-being services within the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil.
MEMBERSHIP
The current membership includes a broad range of Third Sector organisations operating locally, regionally and nationally.
Third sector organisations participating in the Forum are encouraged to become members of VAMT, and can register by downloading and completing an application form here.
Statutory partners are also welcome to engage with the Forum for the benefit of information sharing, consultation and networking.
THIRD SECTOR REPS
The Forum is seeking to build a pool of representatives to engage in Borough-wide planning groups and fora, in line with the Compact Code of Practice on Partnership working.(Partnership Working)
