Growing local social enterprise

The Enterprising Communities project is an European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project that aims to encourage local organisations to become more sustainable.

Support and advice available on:

• income generation: encouraging income diversification, funding strategies; particularly keen to support bids for tenders, and consortia bids.
• planning: including business & strategic planning, action planning; governance: getting started, trustee roles and responsibilities support, organisational health checks.
• environmental and equality of opportunity  policies and procedures
• Workshops delivery including trustees roles & responsibilities, funding applications, funding strategy, business and action planning.
